4 key looks for spring/summer 2022

The spring/summer 2022 collection is hot off the catwalk, and as usual, we’ve enjoyed scrolling through to see what looks will inspire us this season.

Fashion might seem low on the agenda with all that’s happening in the world, but it can be used to boost our mood, so let’s indulge just for a moment.

If a brightly coloured scarf, or a beautifully patterned top can help to lift our mood in a time of darkness, embrace it.

Top 4 looks for spring/summer 2022

As a conscientious brand, we’ve not rushed to the shops to follow trends.

Instead. We’ve raided our wardrobe, dug out some old favourites, and given them a new lease of life with one or two carefully selected pieces.

Drenched in colour

Green oversized shirt, orange short skirt by Thought, and Esha bag in Andaman Blue.

It seems only fitting that as spring fills the air, we reflect nature in our clothing. A key colour is Orchid Pink, but any bright hue is going to be bang on trend, including:

• Orange

• Ocean Blue

• Indigo

• Lilac

• Buttery Yellow

• Marigold

• Emerald Green

• Light Khaki

• Grey

Structure + fluidity

Brown pleated skirt (which belonged to my mother), white short T-shirt, yellow short cable-knit cardigan by Albaray, and Neha shopper bag in Walnut.

Give an ‘edge’ to floaty, feminine styles by teaming your tailored blazer with a pleated skirt to hit the right note.

Glisten in white

Blazer jacket, white girlfriend high-waisted jeans by Boden, brown belt, white tank top, and Anushka grab bag in Sand

If all that colour is too much, you’re perfectly within your fashionable rights to glow head-to-toe in pure white.

Biker-style

Biker-style leather jacket, balloon-style, wide, high-waisted khaki trousers by M&S Per Una, peplum-style square embroidered top, and Malaika Khaki hobo-style bag in Assam Khaki Green.

In a reincarnation of the 90s, dig out your favourite biker-style jackets – any shape or style goes.
